230 Pounds, Day 37

Well actually I weighed myself yesterday... not this morning, today is the true Day 37. I need to give myself a little more time in my morning routine to take my weight & measure my body fat... but usually I over-sleep and rush out the door. I think I heard somewhere that for best measurements you should weigh yourself at the same time everyday, and that the morning is a good time.

Very happy with the results so far. A little over 11 pounds in a little over a month. No fad diets, no pills. I'm almost to the point now where I can go down a second notch on my belt since I started! I'm able to do much better at the gym and I can feel my muscles firming up nicely. Also my mental attitude is just so much better.

I'm definatley still chubby... by no means am I svelt... but to me, the improvements I feel... are miles away from where I started. It is more than enough motivation to keep doing the right thing.

Even if the weightloss slows down, I'm going to keep taking steps in the right direction. I can't wait until the first time I step on the scale and the first two numbers are 22 to show me that I've made it to the 220's... considering I started in the 240's its a big mental win.
